“Comparable PCs” are defined as desktops and laptops manufactured by Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Samsung and HP which have the same specifications (screen, touch capability, operating system, processor, memory, hard drive, optical drive, graphics cards and all other product features) as an HP PC listed on the HyperX Store US (hyperx.com).

A hyperx.com support member will review and verify the price match request with you, including determining whether the entity is a nationally recognized on‐line retailer, verifying whether the PC is a Comparable PC or whether the identical display, and accessory model number is sold on HyperX Store US (hyperx.com), and checking the lower price and the availability of the product on HyperX Store US (hyperx.com) . Price protection, price matching or price guarantees do not apply to Intra‐day, Daily Deals, in‐store only, or limited‐time promotions.
